Graag:
  • Snackbar na vernietiging action vervangen met een dialog. De dialog toont dezelfde melding plus de optie om naar jobs te navigeren.
  • Jobs navbar item aanpassen zodat hij dezelfde permissies nodig heeft als de vernietiging action. Let op: action 'annuleren' op elk job blijft alleen beschikbaar voor admin.

Dialog was eigenlijk al toegevoegd in #35796.
Aanpassing in rechten voor navbar-item en route in rm app is klaar in branch feature/rm/jobs-rule/#36366

Nog te doen: action 'annuleren' uitzetten voor niet-admin.

Graag testen in branch feature/rm/jobs-rule/#36366, app tezza-rm
Non-admin gebruikers (alex op dev-tezza) moeten toegang hebben tot de jobs pagina, jobs kunnen zien, maar geen job kunnen annuleren.
